1What is a pipeline?

A pipeline represents a multi-step process — for example, a sales funnel with stages like "Discovery → Demo → Negotiation → Close". Each stage can be linked to a specific event type so prospects automatically progress through the funnel.

2Creating a pipeline

Go to Pipelines and click New Pipeline. Give it a name and description, then add stages in order. Each stage needs a name and can be linked to an event type and a team group.

3Tracking prospects

As prospects book and complete meetings at each stage, they automatically advance through the pipeline. You can view pipeline progress to see where prospects are in the funnel.
