Competitor Mention Tracking

See which competitors prospects mention in calls and how often.

1How it works

When prospects mention competitors during recorded calls, MeetMatch's AI automatically identifies and tags those mentions in the call summary. No manual tagging is needed — the detection happens automatically as part of call analysis.

2Competitor dashboard

Go to Intelligence → Competitors to see an overview of all competitor activity:
  • Competitors detected — how many unique competitors have been mentioned.
  • Total mentions — the aggregate count across all calls.
  • Calls with mentions — how many individual calls referenced a competitor.

3Mention frequency

The main chart shows each competitor ranked by how often they're mentioned. Click any competitor to expand and see the specific calls where they came up, including the prospect name, rep name, date, and call sentiment.

5Time range filtering

Use the dropdown in the top-right to filter by time period: last 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 1 year.
