Dimension-Based Call Scoring

AI scores each call across 7 key sales skill dimensions.

1What is dimension scoring?

In addition to the overall coaching score (1-10), MeetMatch now scores each call across 7 key skill dimensions:
  • Discovery & Qualification — how well did the rep uncover the prospect's needs?
  • Active Listening — did the rep demonstrate they were truly hearing the prospect?
  • Rapport Building — was a personal connection established?
  • Objection Handling — how effectively were concerns addressed?
  • Closing & Next Steps — was there a clear call-to-action?
  • Tone & Pace — did the rep match the prospect's communication style?
  • Product Knowledge — was expertise demonstrated effectively?
Each dimension receives a score from 1-10, displayed as horizontal progress bars in the Skill Scorecard section of the Coaching tab.

2Wins and missed moments

The AI also identifies specific timestamped moments from the call: Winning Moments (green cards) — things the rep did exceptionally well, with the exact quote from the transcript, which skill it demonstrates, and why it was effective. Missed Opportunities (amber cards) — moments where the rep could have done something differently, including what was said, what went wrong, and a concrete suggestion for what to try instead. Each card has a play button to jump to that moment in the recording and a Clip This Moment button to save it as a snippet for the Training Library.

3Where to find it

Open any meeting note from Meeting Notes and switch to the Coaching tab. The Skill Scorecard and Wins/Misses sections appear between the overall score summary and the existing strengths/improvements analysis.
